HikeQueen Buddies began when two friends set out seeking healing and wellness in nature — and has since grown into a powerful grassroots community of 1,000+ women across the Bay Area. Through weekly hikes, mindful outdoor experiences, and intentional conversations, HQB fosters a safe, inclusive, and uplifting space where women from all backgrounds can prioritize their well-being, build authentic connections, and feel a deep sense of belonging.
